Sales Agents

We are looking for the right people to join our expanding International Sales Team and to become part of one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. Previous sales experience is not required.

The Company

We are one of the fastest growing language service providers in the UK – we help businesses communicate Globally by translating content from one language to another.

We cover 150 languages, we have 6,000 professionally qualified translators and we have a Global team of people to help us achieve our aims.

The Role

Your job to go out there and find new business. You can do this however you want, but we would advise using online tools such as LinkedIn to not only research companies but to find the right contacts in those companies to call.

Once you find the right contacts, your job is to build relationships with these people and turn them into smartword customers. You will be supported all the way to ensure you win the business. If you have no previous sales experience then training will be given on the job. 

The great thing about this role is that you focus 100% on sales. Delivery is handled by our Project Manager team and even your quotations will be prepared for you.

Commission Structure

You will find that our commission structure is very generous.

You earn commission from every translation project we receive from your customers for a period of 12 months. You own the relationship. Commission is paid 30 days in arrears direct to your bank account.
